Rim Coats for Steel Cans

Rim coat is applied to steel cans to give optimum resistance to corrosion, reduce damage to the can rim, improve/control mobility of the cans through production and filling lines. For aluminium cans it helps to improve mobility of the cans through production and filling lines.

Our portfolio of rim coats includes Icimar 300 which is BPANI certified and Applied immediately after the washer by mass roller coater. It’s unique feature is low lubricant allowing a thermal water/solvent based rim coating to be applied on top at the decorator.
